The quartet included a Coconut Custard Roll, Chocolate Hazelnut Torte, White Chocolate & Strawberry Shortcake and Christine’s signature Pear & Almond Tart. The quartet received rave reviews in the North Shore News and the North Shore Outlook, as well as notable mention in the Vancouver Sun and Vitamin V e-magazine.
